ClientView Extends Expertise to Life Sciences Markets

Ph.D. with 30 years’ experience in life sciences and Government contracting
joins ClientView as Partner

May 3, 2013, Boston, MA – ClientView Consulting LLC (CV) is excited to announce
the addition of Philip (“Rusty”) Warren, Ph.D., as Partner. Rusty will be
responsible for development and implementation of diversification strategies,
especially those based on intellectual property, for CV clients.
Rusty is a perfect fit for CV, as his experience spans Government, defense, and
commercial markets. Having managed contracts and served on source selection
boards (SSBs) and as a contracting officer’s technical representative (COTR), he
understands the Government contracting process. Further, from experience as
Deputy Director/Division Chief for Physical Sciences, Biotechnology and
Behavioral Sciences Divisions, US Army (Natick), he brings to CV an in-depth
understanding of the defense industry’s needs in the life sciences arena.

Complementing and augmenting this Government experience is Rusty’s
leadership in defense/life science commercial industries in R&D, product
development, manufacturing, sales, and marketing operations. Rusty has served
as President of Polestar Products, CEO of BioXcell (now INVO Bioscience), and
Vice President of GEO-CENTERS and SAIC, and is the founder of SMW Advisors – a
consulting firm dedicated to helping bring technology products to market. While
at Polestar, Rusty managed Government contracts and developed methods to
transition the military products delivered under those contracts into commercial
items, resulting in tripled sales over a three-year period. At GEO-CENTERS, he
tripled profits in four years. He holds a Ph.D. in Neurobiology and Psychology
from the University of Rochester, conducted post-doctoral research at Harvard
Medical School, and completed Harvard Business School’s Program for
Management Development.
