Collaborating to Help Government Contractors

Gary Dunbar and Jim Tierney joined forces in 2008 to help Government contractors Grow Revenue. Taking advantage of a decade of professional collaboration, they formed ClientView LLC to combine their talents, experiences, and respective networks for more effective service than through a simple affinity relationship.

In 2010, Ed Harrington, BG(R) – a former senior U.S. Army officer with 30+ years’ experience in weapon and information systems life cycle acquisition, contracting/contract management, and military logistics operations – joined ClientView. Ed’s Government experience gives our Clients insider perspective into how Government Contracting Officers, Program Managers, and Evaluation Board Members think, and what they find valuable in a contractor.

ClientView added Philip (“Rusty”) Warren and Luanne Smulsky in 2013. Rusty expands ClientView’s reach into R&D, product development, manufacturing, sales, and marketing operations in the defense and life sciences industries; Luanne brings 20+ years’ experience in proposal development, with a focus and successful track record in writing responses to Federal, State, and local Government RFPs/Is/Qs.

In February 2016 ClientView welcomed Paul McTaggart and Steve Anderson to our team. Paul expands our technical depth in engineering, systems engineering, program management and technology development – particularly in the areas of power and energy, automotive, mechanical systems and hybrid technology.  Steve is a PMP certified business development professional bringing extensive experience in major DoD systems industry program management, government business development and product development – particularly in the areas of unmanned aviation and technology application.
